Possible Delay Of The Start Of The Malaya Trial

The trial is scheduled to begin on the 27th September in Malaga

According to press reports the start of the "Malaya" case may be delayed after the Lawyer who was set to defend Juan Antonio Roca resigned

It is understood from the reports Roca must now appoint a new lawyer or the judges of the First Section of the Provincial Court of Malaga mill have to appoint one for him

It is reported that his lawyer José Aníbal Álvarez has not only resigned from defending Roca in the Malaya case but in all the cases against him

The problem this has caused is that any new lawyer will require time to study the case and all the documentation and therefore a delay is more than likely to occur.
